MY WHY:

In my early twenties, somewhere between living paycheck to paycheck and being a single mother, I started getting sick. I was faced with multiple autoimmune disease diagnosis and a bleak prognosis…but something always felt off. Like my higher self was screaming that I was missing something. After years of pharmaceuticals and treatments with no relief, I felt myself starting to give up. It was during one of my last visits to the hospital that I realized that I was the only one that was going to save myself.

So, I spent the next 15 years studying and implementing holistic healing modalities and biohacking as a vigorous and obsessive act to save my own life. It was through a lot of trial and error, intuition and research that I started to get better. When I found an energy healer, my world changed and I realized how much trapped energy and unresolved trauma was making my body sick. I mentored under him for years, built a business and found the magic of quantum jumping, which unfolded into a dream life that I could have never imagined.
